Mailing address

Orders are shipped to the address provided during checkout.

Orders with incorrect address

Once an order has been shipped, the address cannot be changed .
Packages returned due to incorrect addresses will be reshipped at the buyer's expense .
Veylane is not responsible for losses resulting from errors in the address provided by the customer.

Uncollected orders

If a package is not collected within the timeframe specified by the carrier (generally 1-5 days ), it will be returned to us. In that case:

  • The package may be reshipped at the customer's expense .

  • No refunds will be issued for packages that are refused or not collected without prior notice.

Package rejection

In the event of a customer refusing delivery without a valid reason or prior notice , no refund will be issued .
